Revenue Execution is led and delivered personally by Richard Fox. The work combines evidence-led diagnosis with practical implementation across the commercial and operational system.
My background spans enterprise sales, commercial strategy, go-to-market, pricing and packaging, partner development, enablement, forecasting, revenue operations and business transformation.
I have worked across owner-led businesses, growth environments and large enterprise organisations. That range matters because owner problems rarely sit neatly inside one function. Growth, margin, pipeline, process, people, systems and management information interact.
The approach is practical: understand what is happening, identify the few changes that matter most, and help make those changes work in the business.

REVENUE EXECUTION
“Richard cut straight through our pipeline noise and installed the exact execution discipline our leadership team needed to scale predictably.”David Heneghan, CEO — CX Index
“Instead of high-level consulting theories, we received an objective, math-backed system that completely transformed our forecast accuracy.”Andrew Fox, CFO — BBL UKI
“The commercial diagnostic isolated hidden friction in our sales process that we had been misdiagnosing for months. Highly practical intervention.”Liam English, CEO — Bluemetrix
“Richard doesn't just map the strategy — he stays embedded and with management to ensure standard execution habits stick across the team.”Lex Abbott, Sales Director — Acetech
I work directly with the owner and the people closest to the problem. Evidence is used to identify what matters, priorities are kept tight, and where implementation support adds value I stay involved to help turn the required change into normal business practice.
Data, process, behaviour and real operating evidence are used to test assumptions and understand what is driving the result.
Where it makes commercial sense, I stay involved to turn the finding into a working change in the business and measure whether performance improves.
