Digital Sales Made Simple Ltd — trading as Revenue Execution. Effective date: 29 June 2026.
These terms govern use of this website and services provided by Digital Sales Made Simple Ltd, an Irish-registered company trading as Revenue Execution (“we”, “us”, “our”).
We provide commercial and operational advisory services, including diagnostic engagements, planning, implementation support and related consultancy. Services are delivered directly by Richard Fox unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The scope, timing, fees and payment terms for paid work will be agreed before an engagement begins. Where a booking or payment page specifies additional terms, those terms form part of the agreement.
Cancellation and rescheduling arrangements will be set out when an engagement or session is booked. If a specific booking page states a cancellation policy, that policy applies to the relevant booking.
We treat commercial information shared during an engagement as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without permission except where required by law or necessary to provide an agreed service.
Advisory and implementation work is based on information available during the engagement. We do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes. Any limitation of liability applying to paid work should be set out in the relevant proposal, statement of work or engagement terms.
Unless otherwise agreed, materials, frameworks and tools created by Revenue Execution remain our intellectual property. Client-specific outputs may be used internally by the client for the purposes for which they were supplied.
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Ireland, subject to any different agreement made in writing for a particular engagement.
